Vampire Cocktail
I’m so excited to share this Vampire Cocktail, which could also be called a super spooky Vampire’s Kiss Cocktail or Dracula’s Blood Cocktail- there are so many fun options. This drink is essentially just a vodka cranberry, but we made it extra spooky with some fun props. It makes the perfect red drink for your Halloween party, and it is sure to add a bit of spooky fun.
While these are perfect for Halloween, you could also whip these up the next time you watch Dracula, Interview with a Vampire, Vampire Diaries, or even Twilight. They’d be perfect for a Twilight watch party…
Vampire Cocktail Ingredients:
- 1-2 oz. vodka
- 4 oz. cranberry juice
- Ice cubes
- Optional, the juice of one lime wedge.
- Vampire teeth for decorating
How to make this Vampire Cocktail
Step 1: To your favorite cocktail glass, add 1/2 – 1 cup of ice, fill the glass about halfway.
Step 2: Add vodka, followed by cranberry juice, and stir. Add some fun spooky vampire teeth for decoration to the rim of the glass!
Step 3: Optionally, spritz with lime juice, and enjoy!
This is one of my favorite Halloween drinks. We kept it simple by stirring everything right in the glass, but feel free to break out your cocktail shaker, too. Add your ingredients and pour into your prepared glass, if you’d like. This is the perfect cocktail for your Halloween parties. The vampire teeth also offer a fun extra little something for guests.

Variations
- Take this drink up a notch by doing 1/3 orange juice and 2/3 cranberry. We love the combination and it makes a delicious drink. You can up the red color by adding a few drops of red food coloring for this variation. Instead of orange you could also substitute some pineapple juice. Yum!
- For some bubbles, add a splash of Sprite, champagne, or club soda.
- Skip the cranberry completely and opt for pomegranate juice, and garnish with pomegranate seeds for a cool effect.
- Add 1/2 oz. of triple sec and 1/2 oz. of simple syrup to make this a cranberry vodka martini.
- Make this super spooky by serving them in blood bags for drinks. They are sold at party supply stores and on Amazon!
- Dip the rim of your glass into a shallow layer of corn syrup, and then dip into red sanding sugar for a fun red sugar rim.
