These spooky Halloween mimosas are sure to liven up your Halloween party this year. No need to wait for a Halloween brunch, you can enjoy this bubbly Halloween cocktail any time of day, including Halloween night!

You’ll recognize this basic recipe from another green mimosa we did- we just love the green color that you get from combining orange juice and blue curacao. It is so fun and perfect for getting into the Halloween spirit.

Why we love this recipe-

  • Well, because we just love mimosas, for starters, and we love how creepy these will look on your Halloween table. They are so great for the Halloween season, and the best way to enjoy a delicious mimosa when it is supposed to be spooky out.
  • It doesn’t get any easier than a mimosa!

Halloween Mimosa Ingredients:

  • 3 oz. orange juice
  • 3 oz. champagne
  • Splash of blue curacao
  • Plastic spiders for decoration

Substitutions-

Juice: You could also use pineapple juice. Mixed with the blue curacao it would make a nice green color, as well.

Alcohol: You can use champagne, or sparkling wine or prosecco. They’re all so similar and you can use whatever variety and brand you prefer!

Decorations: you could spook these up in so many ways! Serve them in a skeleton hand goblet, or add some gummy worms! So many spooky possibilities!

Blue Curacao: Want to skip it? Just add blue and/or green food coloring to your regular orange mimosas until you get a satisfyingly creepy shade of color.

Step 1: To your champagne glass, add 3 oz. orange juice, followed by a splash of blue curacao.

Step 2: Follow with 3 oz. champagne.

Step 3: Add a plastic spider for decoration.

Your party guests are sure to love these Halloween mimosas for spooky season. You can even make a big batch pitcher of these mimosas by combining a couple of bottles of champagne with a couple of bottles of orange juice. Just be sure to keep the 1:1 ratio, with equal parts champagne and orange juice. Then, add the blue curacao until you get your desired shade of green! So much bubbly goodness.
