Take these up a notch-

Take these to the next level by mixing together some cinnamon and sugar for a cinnamon-sugar rim on your mimosa glasses.

Variations-

  • Make this a pumpkin pie mimosa by adding a splash of buttershots liqueur or Rumchata!
  • Make an apple pumpkin mimosa by adding 1.5 oz. of apple cider and 1.5 oz. of the pumpkin syrup in place of the 3 oz. of pumpkin syrup! This is a great option if you are easily overwhelmed but pumpkin heavy flavors, too.

Pumpkin Mimosa FAQs

Can I use a syrup like Torani pumpkin syrup to make these?

I’m honestly not sure about this, because I know those syrups are meant to be an addition. They would work well if you made the apple pumpkin mimosa variation, but if you are just mixing pumpkin syrup and champagne I would go for a homemade syrup for best results.

How long can I store the pumpkin syrup?

You can store it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days for continuous mimosa enjoyment!

What is the best budget friendly champagne for a Pumpkin Mimosa?

I’m sure some champagne snobs would scoff at me, but we are all about easy and budget friendly over here. I love buying Korbel Brut California Champagne, and I’ve also used Barefoot Bubbly champagne as well, and I love them! If you are drinking several mimosas, it may be worth it to go up in price a bit for your selection, just to try and avoid a headache.

Can I use prosecco?

Yes! Technically, prosecco is used for bellinis and champagne for mimosas, but they are similar and you can use either!
