What fruit goes with Mimosas?

Any fruit you can dream up! There are endless combinations you can do, and just about any sweet fruit juice makes a delicious Mimosa.

What alcohol goes in Mimosas?

Typically, a mimosa is made with champagne, but you can also use prosecco like we did, or another sparkling wine. I like the light flavor of the prosecco in this recipe, but a more bold champagne with classic orange mimosas.
