Substitutions & Tips:

  • You can substitute the peach vodka for a plain vodka, or a white rum would also work great. Many people also use Crown Royal peach in their peach jell-o shots. You can also use any flavor of peach vodka- think New Amsterdam Peach Vodka or Smirnoff Peach.
  • If you use a plain flavored liquor you could sub 1/2 cup of the liquor and 1/2 cup of peach schnapps.
  • You can get the plastic shot cups on Amazon, or from Walmart.
  • The best way to serve these is to leave them in the refrigerator or on ice until ready to enjoy.
  • You can skip the garnish on these, or even swap the Peachie-O’s for Haribo peach candies or another candy you like. Or, just top them with whipped cream!

FAQs

Does flavored vodka work for jello shots?

Yes! You can leave them in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before serving, but for best results I wouldn’t leave them much longer than that.
