These Champagne Cheesecake Shooters just make the most perfect treat for New Years, or another special occasion, think a bridal shower or bachelorette party- so much fun!. I’m so excited to share this fun boozy treat! These cheesecake dessert shooters are infused with champagne, making it one of our favorite New Year’s Eve desserts.

Champagne Cheesecake Shooters

  • The cheesecake is such a good compliment to the champagne flavor. They’ll surely make your celebrations feel just a little fancier.

Champagne Cheesecake Shooters Ingredients:

  • 1 (3 oz.) box of instant cheesecake pudding
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup champagne
  • 1 ½ cups cool whip whipped topping
  • 6 graham crackers
  • 12 firework poof cocktail picks

Directions:

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together cheesecake pudding mix, milk, and champagne, stirring until well combined.

Step 2: Add the cool whip and whisk to incorporate.

Step 3: Add graham crackers to your food processor and pulse to crumbs (or use a large ziploc bag and crush the crackers by hand).

Step 4: Add a small layer of crushed graham crackers to the bottom of your shot glasses, filling about ¼ full. (This is about 1 tbsp of graham cracker crumbs.

Step 5: Fill the shot glasses the remainder of the way with the cheesecake champagne pudding mixture, and move the shots to the refrigerator to set for about 30 minutes.

Step 6: Before serving, top with a firework cocktail pick.

Substitution Ideas:

  • Make these into White Chocolate Champagne Cheesecake Shooters by swapping the cheesecake pudding for white chocolate instant pudding!
  • Top these with festive edible gold stars, or black, silver, or gold sprinkles! You can also top them with whipped cream.

Tips:

  • Easily add the pudding mixture to your shot glasses by using a piping bag with the end snipped off. No mess is the way to go!
  • These are the perfect dessert for a festive New Year’s Eve party! They’re individual servings so your guests can grab them and enjoy. For an even easier clean up, serve these in disposable plastic shot glasses.
  • Make these ahead of time. Prepare the graham cracker and cheesecake layers, add them to your shooter cups or glasses, then cover with plastic wrap (or lids if your disposable cups include them!) Refrigerate until ready to serve, and decorate just before serving.
