Why are my pudding shots runny?
When making pudding shots with a liquor that is close to 80 proof, the pudding may not firm up properly due to the higher alcohol concentration.
That shouldn’t happen with Rumchata, as it’s only 27.5 proof. However, if your shots turn out a bit too runny, you. can try adding in some more whipped cream or cool whip before chilling.

Its alcohol by volume (ABV) of 13.75% is comparable to that of other cream liqueurs.
