How do you eat pudding shots?
Pudding shots are typically eaten with a small spoon, straight from the cup. You can also pour them into plastic shot glasses and take them like a typical shot.
Why are my pudding shots runny?
When making pudding shots with a liquor that is close to 80 proof, the pudding may not firm up properly due to the higher alcohol concentration.
That shouldn’t happen with Rumchata, as it’s only 27.5 proof. However, if your shots turn out a bit too runny, you. can try adding in some more whipped cream or cool whip before chilling.
How much alcohol is in a shot of Rumchata?
Its alcohol by volume (ABV) of 13.75% is comparable to that of other cream liqueurs.
