Boozy Baileys Floats
This Baileys Float recipe is such a fun adult milkshake. This boozy ice cream float has two flavors- chocolate ice cream and vanilla ice cream. Then, we added Bailey’s Irish Cream and COFFEE! We took our inspiration for this from a traditional root beer float, but we wanted something that included Baileys to make a great treat for St. Patrick’s Day.
Why we love this recipe-
- Our favorite thing about this recipe is all of the great flavors- coffee, chocolate, vanilla, and Irish Cream!
- This is so easy to make, just add your favorite ice creams to a glass and pour over the rest of the ingredients.
- This makes a pretty large shake, so while this recipe makes two, you can easily half it and share one with your favorite person.

- Swap the Baileys Irish Cream for (or just add in) Guinness for boozy beer floats.
The Baileys and coffee in this make the perfect combination. We love dessert cocktails, and this has to be one of the best we’ve made. It’s a delicious treat for any time of year, but we love enjoying all of our favorite Baileys cocktails and treats around St. Patrick’s Day!
