This Dirty Irishman Cocktail is such a delicious iced coffee cocktail. It combines strong coffee, cream, Bailey’s, and Irish whiskey for the perfect drink to celebrate St. Patty’s Day, or if you are just an avid coffee drinker, you’ll love this cocktail, too.

• A dirty cocktail, is a cocktail where you add ingredients to change the flavors, that usually change the transparency of the drink. For this one, the delicious Bailey’s Irish Cream and heavy cream makes it dirty, and we love it.

What is Bailey’s?

Bailey’s is an Irish cream liqueur. It has notes of chocolate and vanilla with an Irish Whiskey finish, and is made in Ireland!

Dirty Irishman Cocktail Ingredients:

• 3 oz. fresh brewed coffee
• 2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
• 2 oz. Jameson Whiskey
• 1 oz. heavy cream
• Ice
• Whipped cream for topping
• Cherries for topping

Directions:

Step 1: To your cocktail shaker, add ice cubes, coffee, Baileys, Jameson, and heavy cream.

Step 2: Shake to combine and chill.

Step 3: Pour into your cocktail glass, then top with whipped cream and a cherry.

Substitutions & Tips:

• Don’t have any Bailey’s on hand? Mix together a little extra whiskey, cream, and a bit of chocolate sauce (if you have it), for a quick and easy substitution. Or, use our homemade Irish cream recipe.
• You can use any Irish whiskey, we are just partial to Jameson.
• Swap the whiskey for frangelico hazelnut liqueur to make a Nutty Irishman cocktail. They sound delicious!
