Salted Caramel White Russians
Fall brings out all things caramel, and I have a delicious, boozy caramel recipe for you today. These Salted Caramel White Russians take a classic White Russian to a whole new level. I would probably drink any type of White Russian, to be honest, but this one is extra yummy.
Salted Caramel White Russians
To make these, you are going to need-
- 1 oz. vodka
- 1 1/2 oz. coffee liqueur
- 2-3 oz. of milk, half n half, or cream
- Caramel sauce for garnish (You can use store-bought, or make this delicious homemade caramel sauce.)
- A pinch of coarse sea salt
To make these, start by rimming your glass in a little caramel sauce and a bit of coarse sea salt. Then, drizzle caramel on the inside of your glass. You can never really have enough caramel.
Next, add ice and coffee liqueur to your glass.
Then, add vodka and milk or cream. Take a spoon and muddle the glass a bit to mix the ingredients together.
I really can’t get enough of these, they are so delicious. I’m looking forward to making more coffee liqueur cocktails this Fall. It is definitely one of my favorite cocktail ingredients, ever. These are also perfect for the holiday season, too. You can really beef up the salted caramel flavor here if you use salted caramel vodka and salted caramel Kahlua to put them together.
