This adorable Peeps Martini is going to be the star of your Easter brunch. We had so much fun making these, and they are almost too pretty to drink, almost. We made these fun drinks with vanilla vodka, white chocolate liqueur, half and half, and some fun gel food colors. Plus, our peeps perched on top to really make these drinks pop.

Why we love this recipe-

• We love a good dessert cocktail, and this one pairs perfectly with Easter candy!
• You can whip up a big batch of the base cocktail, and then color each drink individually, for multiple fun colored cocktails.
• It’s the perfect cocktail for our favorite pastel holiday, whip these up for any Easter celebrations you are having!

Peeps Martini Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz. vanilla vodka
• 1.5 oz. white chocolate liqueur
• 2 oz. half and half (or heavy cream)
• Pink gel food coloring (or other desired color)
• Marshmallow peeps for garnish
• 1 cup ice

We also used a variety of peeps with our drinks, you can use chicks, pink bunny peeps or purple, blue peeps, or any other peeps variety!

Directions:

Step 1: To your cocktail shaker, add ice, vanilla vodka, white chocolate liqueur, and half and half.

Step 2: Drop in 1-2 drops of pink, blue, or yellow gel food coloring. Shake well to combine and chill.

Step 3: Pour, strained, into your martini glass. Garnish with a Peeps marshmallow on the rim of the glass.

Substitutions and Tips:

• If you can find marshmallow vodka, it would go so great for even more marshmallow flavor in this cocktail. It’s hard to find near me, so we went with vanilla, but definitely consider looking for it!
• Consider adding a sugar rim, or use sanding sugar or sugar sprinkles in different coordinating colors.
• You could use any white cream liqueur in this recipe, we also love Rumchata and it would be delicious!
• We think this drink is pretty sweet, but if you need more sweetness, add 1/2 an ounce of simple syrup to your cocktail shaker, as well.
