Creme Egg Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 oz. vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz. creme de cacao
  • 1 oz chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz. butterscotch schnapps
  • 1 oz. heavy cream
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Half a Cadbury creme chocolate egg for topping
  • Optional: Chocolate syrup for drizzling

Directions:

Step 1: To your cocktail shaker, add ice, vanilla vodka, creme de cacao, chocolate liqueur, butterscotch schnapps, and heavy cream. Shake well to combine and chill.

Step 2: Pour, strained, into your favorite cocktail glass.

Step 3: Top with whipped cream, half a Cadbury creme egg, and if desired, a drizzle of chocolate sauce.

Substitutions & Tips:

  • Take this drink up a notch by dipping the rim of the glass into some melted chocolate. Let it set in the refrigerator for a few minutes before preparing your cocktail.
  • You can swap the creme de cacao for white chocolate liqueur, if you need, but just get creative with what ingredients you have if you want to skip a trip to the store. Anything sweet- chocolates, vanillas, butterscotch, etc…
  • Serve these in a chilled martini glass or coupe glass for a Cadbury creme egg martini!
