White Christmas Rum Punch
This is such a delicious and festive drink for the holidays. The red cranberries and rosemary make this White Christmas Rum Punch perfect for serving on Christmas. Coconut milk, rum, creme de cacao, and a little simple syrup make this drink so easy to put together. I’ll share how to make just one, or how to make a pitcher for a crowd.
White Christmas Rum Punch
Here’s what you’ll need to make it.
For just one drink-
3-4 cubes of ice
1 1/2 oz. silver rum, chilled
2 oz. coconut milk
3/4 oz creme de cacao
1/2 oz. simple syrup
Juice of 1/2 lime
Fresh cranberries, lime, & rosemary for garnish
For a pitcher-
10 oz. silver rum
12 oz. coconut milk
5 oz. creme de cacao
3 oz. simple syrup
Juice of 2 limes
Fresh cranberries, lime, & rosemary for garnish
To make your own simple syrup- combine 1 cup sugar + 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan. Heat, stirring, until sugar is dissolved. Allow the simple syrup to cool before adding to your cocktails.
To make this drink, combine ice, rum, coconut milk, creme de cacao, and simple syrup in a glass. Stir to combine. Finish with the juice of 1/2 a lime, then garnish with fresh cranberries, lime slices, and rosemary.
For the pitcher, combine the rum, coconut milk, creme de cacao, simple syrup, and lime juice in a pitcher. Mix well. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour. You can garnish the pitcher if you’d like, but be sure to have extra cranberries, lime, and rosemary for garnishing individual glasses, as well. Pour punch over ice in your glass, then garnish. Enjoy!
