Pink Lemonade Jello Shots

Pink Lemonade Jello Shots Ingredients:

  • 1 (6 oz.) box of strawberry jello mix
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 1 cup vodka
  • Yellow paper straws (6)
  • Lemon slice halves for garnish (or small lemon wedges) (you’ll need 2-3 lemons)
  • (12) 3 oz. plastic cups

Directions:

Step 1: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan, and remove from the heat. Whisk in strawberry jello, stirring until jello is dissolved. Stir in lemonade and vodka.

Step 2: Divide the gelatin mixture between the plastic shot glasses, and move them to the refrigerator to chill for 4 hours. To easily transport the plastic shot cups, you can place them into the cups of a muffin tin or onto a baking sheet.

Step 3: Before serving, take the 6 paper straws and cut them in half.

Step 4: Place a straw into each jello cup, and garnish each cup with half of a lemon slice.
