How do you make pumpkin white hot chocolate?
You’ll need just a few ingredients to make these. I stockpile canned pumpkin this time of year, so if you are like me you may even have all of this stuff already on hand.
- 6 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 oz) package of white chocolate chips
- 1 cup of pumpkin puree
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus extra for topping
- Whipped cream for topping
Here’s how you make them-
- Combine the milk, heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice into your crockpot and whisk together to combine.
- Mix in your white chocolate chips.
- Heat on high for 1 – 1 ½ hours, stirring frequently until chips are melted and all of the ingredients are warmed and combined.
- Serve warm.
- Top with whipped cream and more pumpkin pie spice (optional)
These were seriously so yummy, one of the best hot chocolate recipes I’ve ever made. The white chocolate is perfection and the pumpkin is the perfect amount, not too overpowering, but enough to make this a yummy pumpkin treat.
