S’mores Martini
This S’mores Martini is the perfect dessert martini- we even topped it with toasted marshmallow and rimmed the martini glass with chocolate and graham cracker crumbs.

Why we love this recipe-
- We love a creatively rimmed martini glass. The chocolate graham cracker rim adds a lot of fun to this adult version of our favorite s’mores treats.
- The drizzled chocolate in the glass really takes the presentation for this drink to the next level.
- This drink does a great job of capturing the chocolate and marshmallow flavors. If you don’t use marshmallow vodka, try swirling the toasted marshmallows into the drink before enjoying.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Godiva chocolate liqueur
- 1 ounce whipped cream vodka, or marshmallow vodka, if you can find it. Vanilla vodka is also a good alternative.
- ½ ounce heavy cream
- 1 cup ice
- Chocolate syrup for the rim
- Crushed graham crackers for the rim
- Toasted marshmallows for garnish

Directions:
Step 1: To your cocktail shaker, add ice, chocolate liqueur, vodka, and heavy cream.

Step 2: To rim the Martini (or coupe) glasses, add a shallow layer of chocolate sauce to a saucer, and add crushed graham crackers to a separate saucer.

Step 3: Dip the rim of a martini glass into the chocolate sauce, letting the excess drip off, and then into the crushed graham crackers.

Drizzle extra chocolate syrup on the insides of the glasses you are using, after you do the rim for a fun effect.
Step 4: Pour the mixture from the cocktail shaker (strained) into the prepared glass.
Step 5: Garnish with toasted marshmallows! We used our kitchen torch to toast these. Keep a close eye while toasting.

Substitutions & Tips:
- Marshmallow flavored vodka would really set this cocktail off, but it can be harder to find. You can try making your own marshmallow infused vodka, or try adding a splash of Torani Syrup (toasted marshmallow flavor) to bring more marshmallow goodness to this drink. Torani syrup can be found in a variety of flavors on Amazon.
- We didn’t use creme de cacao in our recipe, but if you prefer that flavor you can absolutely add some. I wouldn’t omit the chocolate liqueur but if you wanted to, swap it for the creme de cacao and a splash of half and half.
- For adding our toasted marshmallows we cut the end of a skewer off (one of the long kabob types) that was just wide enough to fit across the rim of the glass.
We hope you enjoy this Toasted S’mores Martini. They really take us back to our favorite Summer treat, and this makes a great dessert cocktail to enjoy during the Summer months, or any time of the year, really.
