Substitutions & Tips:
- You could use any pudding flavor you have on hand for these shots. Vanilla pudding, cheesecake pudding, or even chocolate would be delicious.
- Take these to the next level by topping with whipped cream, or even adding fresh strawberries as a garnish.
- If Baileys Strawberries and Cream is out of season, try Tequila Rose strawberry liqueur.
- You could try adding vodka or white rum to these, by either doing 1/4 cup Baileys and 1/4 cup of vodka, or you could do 1/3 cup Baileys, 1/3 cup vodka and 1/3 cup milk. However, be careful because too much alcohol content may mean the pudding shots don’t set up properly. I recommend vanilla vodka, cake vodka, whipped cream vodka, or strawberry vodka. Strawberry rum would also be a lot of fun.
- You can double or even triple this recipe for a big batch for your next party.
