St. Patrick’s Day Mimosa
I just love Mimosas! While you might normally think of a mimosa being a brunch or breakfast type drink, I honestly enjoy them any time of day. It doesn’t get easier than orange juice and champagne, and we dressed these up with a little blue curacao to make a festive green St. Patrick’s Day Mimosa.
Leprechaun Mimosa
Whether you want to call this a St. Patrick’s Day Mimosa or a Leprechaun Mimosa is totally up to you, though it does look just right for a Leprechaun, too. The orange juice mixes with the blue curacao to make a really pretty colored drink- which we just love. Obviously, you only need 3 ingredients here- orange juice (we LOVE Simply Orange, you just can’t beat it), your favorite champagne, and blue curacao. To be honest, the orange juice is the star here and I find that this drink is really forgiving, meaning you can opt for the cheaper champagne if you’d like. Why not? For everyday champagne purchases, I love Barefoot Bubbly.
Dress these up with some festive paper straws and your favorite St. Paddy’s decor and you have got quite the set up. Or, you know, just whip one up and enjoy it without all the rest, we are here for that, too.
