St. Patrick’s Day Jello Shots with Jameson

These St. Patrick’s Day Jello Shots are so much fun! We made them with Jameson Irish Whiskey, so they are perfect for your St. Patrick’s Day party. Take your St. Patty’s Day celebrations up a notch with these green jello shots!

Why we love this recipe-

• It doesn’t get easier than just jello, water, and booze! While we love a complicated jello shot, this is not one. These festive St. Patrick’s Day Jello Shots are so easy to make!
• We love the whiskey in these shots. Most of our jello shots have vodka, which is great, too, but these irish whiskey jello shots are a really fun twist.
• They take hardly any prep time, and they’re a great way to add variety to your St. Patrick’s Day party spread. They are such a fun way to celebrate.

St Patrick’s Day Jello Shots Ingredients:

• (2) 3 oz. boxes of lime jello
• 3 cups water, divided
• 8 oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
• Whipped Cream
• St. Patrick’s Day shamrock sprinkles (or any green sprinkles)

You’ll also want some plastic shot glasses- we love using 2 ounce condiment cups for our jello shot cups! We get them from Walmart, or on Amazon.

Directions:

Step 1: In a medium saucepan, boil 2 cups of water.

Step 2: Once boiling, remove from heat and stir the green jello powder into the hot water, whisking until gelatin dissolves.

Step 3: Stir in 1 cup cold water, and 8 oz. Jameson.

Step 4: Evenly divide the jello mixture among 2 oz. cups.

Step 5: Chill in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours, until Jello is set.

Step 6: Top with whipped cream and festive sprinkles.

Enjoy!

These are sure to be a huge hit at your next party. Substitutions & Tips:

• Not a fan of whiskey? You can definitely swap for vodka or rum in this recipe! You could even used flavored, like coconut rum or vanilla vodka- yum!
• For fun party themes, call these Shamrock Jello Shots or Lucky Jello Shots.
• Not a fan of lime? Make these with green apple jello, instead!
